This Programme Agreement sets out the terms on which Isaac Walker, trading as BUILT (“BUILT”, “we”, “us” or “our”), provides access to the BUILT Pilot Cohort.
By purchasing the BUILT Pilot Cohort and accepting these terms during checkout, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
The BUILT Pilot Cohort is a one-off, 12-week guided personal-development programme designed to help participants assess, develop and implement improvements across the areas addressed by The BUILT System.
The programme combines self-directed educational material, implementation resources, assessment tools, community participation and live group coaching.
This Pilot Cohort is being run to evaluate the programme experience, improve future delivery and help BUILT develop its coaching systems and processes. Participants should therefore expect to provide structured and honest feedback during the programme.
The BUILT System digital curriculum
The BUILT Workbook and relevant programme resources
The BUILT Assessment and Results Tracker
Weekly group coaching sessions scheduled during the 12-week programme
Access to the designated BUILT community during the programme
Opportunities to provide structured programme feedback
The Pilot Cohort does not include private one-to-one coaching unless this is separately agreed in writing.
The guided Pilot Cohort runs for 12 weeks from the communicated programme start date.
Access to The BUILT System digital course is provided for 12 months from enrolment, subject to these terms and the continued reasonable availability of the platform.
Access to the Pilot Cohort community continues throughout the 12-week programme and for 30 days following the end of the cohort.
Access to time-limited services does not become permanent merely because downloadable resources have been supplied during the programme.
The price of the BUILT Pilot Cohort is £200, payable as a one-off payment unless BUILT expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Enrolment is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received or otherwise confirmed by BUILT.
If you purchase the programme online as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel your contract within 14 days of entering into it. The programme includes both digital content and services.
Where you request that services begin during the 14-day cancellation period, you may be required to pay for services properly supplied before you tell us that you wish to cancel, where permitted by law.
Where digital content is supplied immediately during the cancellation period, the applicable statutory rules concerning express consent, acknowledgement and cancellation rights will apply. The checkout process explains the request for immediate digital access and obtains the relevant acknowledgement before access begins.
After any applicable cancellation period, payments are not automatically refundable simply because you change your mind, miss coaching sessions, do not complete the curriculum, do not use the community or decide not to continue. This does not affect any statutory rights you have where BUILT fails to provide the programme as agreed or where the law otherwise requires a remedy.
BUILT intends to schedule group coaching sessions approximately weekly throughout the 12-week programme. These sessions are intended primarily for questions, reflection, implementation support and helping participants apply the programme.
Dates or times may occasionally need to change because of illness, availability, technical problems or other reasonable circumstances. Where reasonably possible, BUILT will provide notice of material scheduling changes and arrange an appropriate alternative.
Missing a live session does not normally create an entitlement to a refund or substitute one-to-one session.
Group coaching sessions are not recorded by default. If BUILT proposes recording a particular session, participants will be informed beforehand and any additional privacy or consent requirements will be addressed before recording begins.
Engage with the programme in good faith
Make reasonable efforts to implement relevant programme material
Treat other participants respectfully
Protect other participants’ privacy
Use the community appropriately
Do not share paid programme access with other people
Provide accurate information where reasonably required for administration
Seek appropriately qualified professional support where a matter falls outside BUILT’s scope
Participation does not require you to disclose private information that you do not wish to share. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and implementation.
Because this is a one-off Pilot Cohort, participants are expected to provide reasonable and honest feedback about their experience. This may include entry and completion assessments, feedback forms, usability comments, suggestions for improvement and reflections on programme delivery.
Feedback does not need to be positive. Providing programme feedback does not automatically give BUILT permission to publish your name, image, story, results or feedback as promotional material.
Any public testimonial, case study or identifiable promotional use will be handled separately and, where required, with appropriate permission.
Participants may hear personal information, experiences, questions or reflections shared by other members. You agree not to deliberately disclose another participant’s private information outside the programme without that person’s permission, except where disclosure is required by law or there is a genuine safeguarding or safety concern.
BUILT cannot absolutely guarantee that another independent participant will comply with their confidentiality obligations, so you should use your own judgement when deciding what personal information to share.
Do not harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against another participant
Do not deliberately disclose another participant’s confidential information
Do not spam or repeatedly solicit other members
Do not distribute unlawful or harmful material
Do not impersonate another person or interfere with programme systems
Do not materially disrupt the programme or create an unreasonable risk to others
The BUILT System and associated materials may include proprietary intellectual property belonging to BUILT or its licensors, including course materials, videos, presentations, frameworks, methodologies, workbook materials, assessments, scoring structures, exercises, templates, written resources, graphics and branding.
Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use programme materials for your own personal development during the applicable access period.
Do not reproduce or redistribute substantial programme materials
Do not sell, license or commercially exploit BUILT materials
Do not share your course account or paid access with another person
Do not upload paid materials publicly
Do not present BUILT materials as your own
Do not use the materials to create or deliver a competing commercial programme
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of BUILT’s intellectual property to you.
BUILT provides personal-development education, coaching and implementation support. BUILT does not provide medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric services, diagnosis or emergency mental-health services, and the programme is not a substitute for appropriately qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice where such advice is required.
BUILT provides frameworks, education, tools and support that can assist personal development. Individual results depend on personal circumstances, participation, implementation and factors outside BUILT’s control.
BUILT therefore does not guarantee any particular personal, financial, academic, professional, physical or psychological result from participation.
BUILT may take proportionate action where this Agreement is seriously or repeatedly breached, including warnings, restriction of community privileges, suspension or removal from the programme. Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to protect participants, BUILT, its systems or others.
BUILT may make reasonable changes to programme delivery, scheduling, resources, technology platforms or administrative processes where necessary to improve delivery or respond to circumstances outside its reasonable control. Such changes will not intentionally remove the essential substance of what you purchased without an appropriate remedy where required by law.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law. Subject to those rights and restrictions, BUILT is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside its reasonable control or by decisions a participant independently makes outside the scope of the services provided.
BUILT processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Notice and applicable data protection law. Participation in the programme does not automatically constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.
BUILT may accept participants aged 16 or 17 subject to additional onboarding, safeguarding and contractual requirements. Before a 16- or 17-year-old begins the paid programme, BUILT may require involvement and appropriate acknowledgement or consent from a parent or legal guardian. Additional Young Participant and Parent/Guardian terms may apply alongside this Agreement.
If you are dissatisfied with the programme or believe BUILT has not provided what was agreed, contact support@thebuiltsystem.com. BUILT will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve genuine complaints fairly.
This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have mandatory rights under the laws applicable where you live.
This Programme Agreement, together with the information provided at checkout, the applicable General Conditions of Sale and any documents expressly incorporated into it, forms the agreement relating to your purchase of the BUILT Pilot Cohort. If any provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
By completing your purchase and affirmatively accepting these terms at checkout, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Programme Agreement.
For participants aged 16 or 17, enrolment is additionally subject to completion of BUILT’s required Young Participant / Parent or Guardian process.
